They faced several challenges with their old website, despite ranking highly on Google search results. The key issues identified included:

    • A steep increase in mobile visits coupled with lower conversion rates on mobile compared to desktop.
    • Poor mobile performance scoring (33) versus desktop (58) as highlighted by lighthouse scores.
