Diegem & Genk, January 27th, 2022 – Marketing technology company Dignify, one of the 5 driving forces behind the Customer Collective group, takes over fellow player Longtale. With Longtale, Dignify expands its experienced team of marketing technology specialists and strengthens its offering and market position.

Marketing technology revolves around relevant customer experiences: customers expect the right message, at the right time, through the right channel. Like Dignify, Longtale is a specialist in implementing marketing automation tools and platforms, such as Selligent and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With the takeover, Dignify brings more of that specific, coveted and scarce knowledge in house.
