Transparency Declaration regarding the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

At Dignify, we may use approved third-party AI-assisted tools as part of our services. These tools are used in a supporting role across a range of activities, including content creation, strategy development, market analysis, campaign optimisation, software development assistance, documentation, research, analysis, quality review and productivity.

These tools support our creative, strategic, technical and operational processes. They help us improve efficiency, innovation and the quality of the services we provide to our clients, but they do not replace our professional judgement, human expertise, decision-making or responsibility.

The use of AI-assisted tools is purposefully limited to supportive tasks and is subject to appropriate human oversight and quality control. Outputs generated or supported by AI are reviewed, refined and tailored by Dignify professionals before they are relied upon in client deliverables, publication or decision-making. As a rule, AI-generated content is not delivered without human review and refinement. This oversight is intended to ensure that deliverables are contextually appropriate and aligned with the agreed scope.

Dignify remains responsible for the quality, content and results of the services and deliverables we provide, regardless of whether supporting technologies such as AI-assisted tools are used.

We use AI-assisted tools in accordance with applicable confidentiality, information security, data protection and contractual obligations. Client data and personal data are only used with AI-assisted tools where this is appropriate, permitted and subject to relevant safeguards. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures so that the use of AI-assisted tools does not adversely affect the confidentiality of client or personal data.

The use of AI-assisted tools at Dignify is governed by an internal AI Use Policy and our Information Security Management System (ISO 27001 certified). Dignify does not use AI systems for any of the practices prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act. We are committed to the responsible use of AI, applying human review to reduce the risk of inaccuracy in our deliverables and aligning our use of AI with recognised professional standards.

Human creativity, critical thinking, professional standards and responsible use of technology remain at the core of everything we deliver.
